What will I receive?

One ZIP containing 9 JPEG files: all three designs in 2:3, 3:4 and 4:5 ratios, prepared at 300 ppi, plus a printing guide. This is ready-made artwork, not a custom pet portrait.

How are digital purchases delivered?

Purchases completed through Keepsprig’s Payhip checkout receive download access after successful payment, on the confirmation page and by email. No physical item is shipped. Read our delivery and refund policy for support details.

Where can I print the artwork?

Use your home printer or a print shop of your choice. Match the file ratio to your frame; the included guide explains the options. Paper, printing and frames are separate purchases. Colors can vary between screens, paper and printers.

Can I use the designs commercially?

The collection is for personal use, including prints for your own home or a physical gift. You may not resell, share or redistribute the digital files, or use the artwork on products for sale.
