Delivery & refunds

These terms describe delivery and support for Keepsprig digital products purchased through our Payhip storefront.

Digital delivery

For a purchase completed through our Payhip checkout, download access is provided after successful payment through the order confirmation and the purchase email. If access does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact Owner@keepsprig.com with the order reference.

The Good Company set includes one ZIP containing nine JPEG files, a printing guide and a personal-use license. You need a device that can download and extract ZIP files. No physical item is shipped and there is no shipping charge for the download. Printing, paper and frames are separate costs.

Missing, damaged or incorrect files

Email Owner@keepsprig.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will help restore access or provide the correct replacement. If we cannot supply the purchased files in usable form, we will arrange a refund through the original payment method.

Duplicate purchases and cancellation

If you accidentally purchase the same collection twice, contact us with both order references so we can verify the duplicate and refund the duplicate charge. If you wish to cancel before accessing your files, contact us promptly so we can check the delivery status.

There is no physical product to return. Change-of-mind requests after download are reviewed individually; an automatic refund is not promised. This does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Printing and color

Choose the file ratio that matches your intended print or frame. Colors can differ across displays, printers and paper. Room images are illustrative mockups; frames and furnishings are not part of the product. Check your print shop’s requirements before purchasing printing services.

Physical products and subscriptions

We do not currently sell physical products or subscriptions. No recurring charge applies to the Good Company digital collection.
